The International Social Finance Accelerator (ISFA) represents the expansion of the International Climate Finance Accelerator (ICFA) into a second program, broadened to address not only climate action but also social issues. This program is built on three fundamental pillars: decent work throughout the value chain, adequate living standards and well-being, and inclusive and sustainable communities.The ISFA is based on the same principles as the ICFA. It is a unique, multi-year program designed to accelerate the development of emerging fund managers, this time focused on key areas of social activities. Selected fund managers receive financial support, training on a wide range of topics, mentorship from an experienced coach, and many other benefits. This program aims to promote high-impact social initiatives by strengthening the capacities of emerging fund managers in this sector.My main tasks:Actively participating in the creation of a strategic framework, defining eligible activities and criteria related to social impact finance within the program.Supporting the selection process of new fund managers in the social impact sector (eligibility evaluation, analysis of impact fund questionnaires, etc.).Assisting in coordinating relationships with trainers, coaches, consultants, and other external advisors.Contributing to marketing campaigns and participating in various events such as GIIN and Building Bridges to increase the program’s visibility.Actively participating in the project to create a Community of Practice, aimed at strengthening exchanges and learning between fund managers and stakeholders.

ICFA is a unique multi-year program that accelerates emerging fund managers focusing on key areas of climate action. Selected fund managers receive financial support, training on a wide range of topics, an experienced coach and other benefits.Main tasks : - Support in the selection process of new fund managers (Eligibility Assessment, Impact Fund Questionnaire assessment, etc.). - Administrative support. - Support in coordinating relationships with trainers, coaches, consultants and third-party advisors. - Support for marketing campaigns and participation in various events.
