Part of the risk team dedicate to provide risk methodology, policy and process for Poste Italiane Group (for more information: https://www.posteitaliane.it/en/risk-management.html). Main activities in chief:-Risk Assessment: mapping and assessing all risks and opportunities affecting the Group's activities; dealing with risk inherent to all areas of business (strategic, operation, financial, 231, anti-bribery risk); initiating follow-up assessments to ensure compliant policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines; managing the evolution of tools and methodologies to define and update the overall Risk Management framework. -Risk Monitoring: identifying the treatment actions, tools and indicators used to monitor the evolution of the risk (KRI and KPI) and the implementation of the treatment actions (KCI), including those related to ESG indexes; reviewing gap analysis and action plans; creating and disseminating risk analysis reports to different stakeholders, including external auditors, Top Management and Control Bodies.-Risk Dashboard: Handling data flows between second level control units and supervisory bodies through the implementation of integrated platform (Archer GRC SaaS Tool) across departments to manage and monitor risk at group level

Part of the quality team dedicated to look at the chain from upstream to downstream and to determine methods for improvement with regard to increasing Customer Experience, cutting costs and controlling. Main activities in chief:- Processes Mapping: identify the process to define (Scope) and involve brainstorm activities to gather information from process participants to finalize the process flowchart; create Customer Journey Map.- Data Analysis: collect and analyze data for the purpose of understanding current performance; find the key process measures and create statistics (the F-test, the T-tests, and regression analysis); review Customer Surveys and their relationship to audits completed, listen closely to each customer's needs and determine the best possible response and solution to improve service quality and increase satisfaction. - Process Improvement Projects Leading: plan, organize, lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams while measuring performance against process requirements; train team in Six Sigma Methodology.
