Develop, administer, and supervise Elementary After-school Activities:Develop program design in conjunction with the Elementary School Assistant Head.Develop program budget and course fees structure in conjunction with the Business Office.Recruit and select instructors.Send out employment letters in conjunction with the Human Resources office.Prepare program offerings information packet and registration form.Promote and publicize the After-School Program internally and externally.Administer program registration process including student sign-ups and development of class lists.Prepare a billing list for the Business Office and a stipend list for the Human Resources office.Ensure general communication with the families.Schedule and coordinate campus facilities usage with Elementary School Staff, Athletic Department, and other programs.Arrange for usage of off-campus facilities.Arrange for transportation if needed.Arrange for extra snacks after-school.Observe and monitor classes.Respond to student, parent, instructor, and school staff issues and concerns.Supervise the After-School Program dismissal.

Directly responsible for the following:Accident and health insurance for students.Support the accounts payable function.Support the input in the accounting system the extras and medicals to be invoiced.Help in the invoicing of side-programs.Support portable phones of the school.Assist the business office team during opening days and other school events.Special projects as directed by the controller and Business Manager.
