My name is Giulia Goi, I am 24 years old, and I am completing my degree in International Relations from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP). Throughout my life, I have always been very dedicated and determined in my personal and professional goals, achieving many opportunities thanks to my technical skills, communication abilities, and public relations.I have been in the job market for just over 3 years, and during this period, I have been able to develop in companies with different niches and characteristics. Throughout my career, I have had the experience of working in a fintech and a globally renowned bank, in various areas such as operations, products, and customer experience. This has allowed me to gain significant professional development, providing me with knowledge on different subjects and a good understanding of the intersection between areas.Throughout my career, I have actively worked with credit lines for exporters and importers, offering products such as Finimp, Forfaiting, ACC/ACE, True Sale, LC, Offshore Loan, and 4131 Loan, utilizing my commercial side and communication skills to understand the main needs of clients and propose the best solutions. Additionally, I participated in the development of the International Account product at Safra, which became one of the greatest experiences of my professional career.Currently, I work in the customer experience area at Vixtra, providing insights into customer positioning and the best available opportunities, enhancing the customer experience through innovation and quality in all aspects of the product. Furthermore, I design and manage dashboards in Power BI to emphasize the key KPIs of the operation, with the ultimate goal of maximizing the customer experience.With fluency in Portuguese and advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, I can facilitate communication between different cultures. Additionally, my knowledge of the Office suite allows me to develop essential analyses for business continuity.Besides my professional experience, I volunteer at an animal rescue and treatment NGO and serve as vice-president of the graduation committee at PUC.Finally, my goal is to use my technical and communication skills to continue developing and adding value to the company.
