Reporting to the Finance Director of Italy & Greece, in the context of the merge between the Dairy and Plant based CBU and the Specialized Nutrition CBU, I manage a team of 6 persons responsible for:- Planning, forecasting, reporting and controlling: Fixed costs, Supply chain costs, costs of Imported Goods, Capex and Free Cash Flow;- Managing the financial communication with the Europe Region finance team;- Monitoring the costs and the efficiencies of the ongoing Merge project;- Adapting the already existing processes of the two former entities into new and more efficient ways of working.Main Activities:- Develop, implement and maintain an effective planning and analysis monthly process that will provide the Senior Leadership team and the Local Board of Directors with a clear understanding of the financial KPIs; propose corrections and action plans to achieve yearly objectives;- Support the Finance Director in communicating financial strategy status and main Risks and Opportunities to the Europe Region finance team and Board of Directors; - Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure the Finance Department is always well informed and act as a co-pilot of the organization strategy;- Lead the FP&A team, including staff recruitment, staff development, performance management and task management; proactively contribute to plans and priorities for the whole department;- Working with the Head of Data and other departments to recommend suitable technology solutions to enhance our financial modeling and analysis capability.Main stakeholders: Italy & Greece Finance Management team, Europe FP&A team, HR Management team, Operations Management team, Merge Project Manager, Department Heads/Directors.Key success: in the context of the Merge of the two divisions, I've been able to manage successfully the harmonization and the improvement of the already existing processes while building a new team and creating a new team identity.

Reporting to the Head of Finance Italy & Greece, I managed a team of 3 persons responsible for planning, forecasting, reporting and controlling the Net Sales (250 Ml€) of the Dairy and Plant Based business in Italy and in Greece.Main Activities:- Manage the integration of the newly acquired Plant Based business and adapt/rework the already existing controlling processes to the new business set up;- Manage the monthly Net Sales forecast and actual cycle with all the relevant details prepared by the team, keeping a strong focus on the accuracy;- Support and challenge the PRGM team to come up with new pricing and promotional initiatives, in order to boost our profitability and find new ways to collaborate with the Trade;- Manage financial communication with South Europe cluster and FP&A team;- Improving and/or developing new automatized tools to improve the forecasting process and its efficiency. Key success: able to bring finance in the heart of the business discussions inside the company, thanks to a strong “business-partnering” mindset, a wide network and a strong finance culture spread in the company.

Reporting to the Head of Business Financial Planning I’m responsible for the business planning activities of a newly created cluster - made up of UK, Ireland, Belgium and Netherland.
