In het kader van de masteropleiding Facility- & Real Estate management aan Zuyd/University of Greenwich, liep ik stage bij RO groep. Hier werd ik enthousiast bij veel projecten betrokken, wat voor mij hielp een holistisch beeld te vormen over de wereld van projectontwikkeling en vastgoed. Mijn afstudeeronderzoek betrof ook een van de projecten van RO groep: living lab Mosae Vita, het nieuw te realiseren hoofdgebouw van de Maastricht Health Campus. Het onderzoek draaide volledig om de volgende vraag: Hoe kunnen producten en diensten uit zowel het facilitair- alsook het vastgoed werkveld gebruikt worden teneinde Mosae Vita en vergelijkbare concepten te ontwikkelen tot een stimulerende co-work omgeving?Het onderzoek is eind augustus 2018 afgerond.
