It allowed employees to record project activity, accrue flexitime, request overtime and various types of leave, each with their own approval process workflows, ensuring their business processes run smoothly and efficiently. Managers are then able to generate reports that aid decision making from these entered times.Employment highlight:Consulting with key stakeholders within the department of primary industry and resources (PIRSA) to gather requirements that would enable shift workers to correctly generate timesheets taking into consideration penalty rates, rolling rosters, and various award allowances, and automate the approval workflow. This saved each PIRSA worker at least 4 hours each fortnight in calculating and generating timesheets to send to payroll, and significantly reduced errors when calculating take-home pay. Show less
