My role was to support the sales team with any administrative duties Key responsibilities- Monitoring staff absence, lateness and managing personnel records- Weekly reporting across all sales of the business to Director level management- Outlining the sales team targets- Processing all incoming orders from the sales team- Processing monthly commissions claims- Recording sales team weekly and annual personal sales revenue- Recording meeting minutes when required and helping with any meeting preparations such as PowerPoint presentations- Organising team activities and Christmas Parties- Managing staff holidays/sickness and recording in the diary- Implement sales incentives, following the annual incentive programme- Being on hand to help with additional tasks the sales team would not be able to spend time doing when running behind, sending cold emails, helping with per event operations- Being part of the event team when events were taking place in various locations- Organising travel, transport, accommodation for meetings and exhibitions
