R&D Project Manager for the development of electronic products and devices for baby care.My work involves the management of all project phases from brief to mass production, supporting company departments and suppliers in defining working strategies and finding the best technical solutions to improve the products. During the project I'm in charge of:- scheduling, checking and sharing the timing with involved departments- coordination of the activities of the resources acting on the project- organization of project review meetings with company resources, Italian and Far East suppliers.During the development of a new product, my tasks are:- to evaluate the techincal feasibility of the concept design and investigate new technical solutions - to define the product specifications in accordance with international standards and company’s internal requirements - to work with Italian and Far East suppliers in order to optimize the tooling and product engeneering- to verify working prototypes and single shots- verification of production lines by periodic visits to Far East supplier's factories- to provide technical support to Marketing department in packaging definition, writing the user manual and merchandizing material - to support Quality department in defining protocols for internal life tests, in defining the product development process for company quality manual, by partecipating to Risk Analysis meetings- to interface with certification laboratories for standard updatings and product certification- to support Purchase department with research of the best tecnical solutions to optimize the product and production costs.

Clinical Specialist for the surgical robotic system DaVinci® produced by Intuitive Surgical, Inc.(Sunnyvale, CA, USA).I was in charge of management of relationship between the company and client hospitals, scheduling the company activities with hospital wards and making them familiar with the robotic equipment.Specifically, my main tasks were:- to provide technical support to phisicians, surgeons and nurses during the surgery involving the robotic system daVinci®- to prepare teaching material, organize and give the training for surgeons and nurses about the robotic system daVinci®- to check the orders of client hospitals for equipment of robotic system daVinci.
