Operational Excellence Specialist - Ppi Business System
Current• Promote lean principles and Operational Excellence best practices across functions, allowing business grow through the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.• Analyse processes and operating flows looking at timing, risks, costs and wastes to increase yield and productivity.• Define, implement, and monitor KPIs that can provide a structured and reliable view of productivity and department efficiency: leading & lagging KPIs, tiered accountability, capacity management, dashboard definition and OEE measure and management.• Execute and lead continuous improvement initiatives at all levels of the organization such as DMAIC Projects, Kaizen, VSM, FMEA, RCA, 5S, Tier Management, Lean workshops.• Use Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies to deliver goals.
