Participant of the Walt Disney World - Disney College Program Summer Internship. Over the course of three months, I worked at World of Disney, the largest and most diverse Disney store in the world, providing exceptional guest service and creating magical experiences for visitors. As a Merchandise Hostess, I assisted guests in selecting and purchasing Disney products, ensuring their needs and preferences were met.In a diverse work environment, I collaborated with the team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive atmosphere. I had the opportunity to develop my communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests from around the world. Amid constantly changing priorities and high-pressure situations, I adapted quickly while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.This experience taught me how to work under the guidance of the company's five keys (safety, courtesy, inclusion, show, and efficiency), and provided me with the opportunity to develop valuable skills in excellence guest service, teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving. It immersed me in a dynamic and innovative work environment.

Runner-up in the 37th Trainee Campaign, which seeks new associates for the institution. The trainees take part in a year-long competition to get the most members for the department, and become responsible for the entire membership process: from prospecting companies to meeting with executives. With AHK, I was able to develop my communication, negotiation and time management skills, and the opportunity to network with big players in Brazilian and European industry was a big plus.
