Welcome, I'm Giulia Ruta. In this profile I share my experience of professional and personal growth in innovation management and new business models related to digital and omnichannel marketing. I like talking about digital and technology without giving up emotions. Head, heart and hands are the "tools" with which I support companies, entrepreneurs and startups with high potential to maximize their growth through digital leverage and the culture of change. My aim is to develop reliable and valuable solutions to lead companies in the digital transformation. Omnichannel Marketing, CX Design & Management, Inbound Sales, Design Thinking, Social Media and Strategic Storytelling are the fields in which I intervene as a consultant and trainer to offer vision, inspiration and method. We are in the midst of an epochal digital transition, which is also a cultural, social and economic transformation. I believe in new technologies and, even more, in the strength of people: to understand and govern technologies you need a route that only people can trace.
