Students' management during the experience abroad: daily liaising with students and international Partners, mediating and solving occurring issues. Daily management of YouAbroad Support Team and of dedicated customer care for natural families.Problem solving and good knowledge of the mediation process regarding relationships and approaches between different cultures.Planning and implementing new strategies for upcoming seasons.Organize pre-departure events involving future students and international Partners.

Managing all the organizational and logistical aspects of the program.Coordinate the Operation area and collaborate with the managers of the other areas (Sales, Support, Finance and Administration); to develop and maintain daily communication with 10+ international partners; to develop and maintain relationships with public and private organizations and institutions; to coordinate outsourced logistics activities; to participate in national and international events related to the high school programs.

- General training about the Exchange Programs (Sales- Operations - Insurance - Support - Customer Care - DoS Rules)- Educate and train the US Support Team about the Italian Culture to improve the support of the Italian Students while in USA.- Process building: - Recognition of the experience abroad based on the guidelines instructed by the Italian Ministry of Education - Monthly reports on students' experiences - Approaching Italian Culture - Mediation Process, Problem Solving, Crisys Management
