During my internship, I acquired knowledge of high-throughput screening procedures and immunofluorescence techniques.My key accomplishments below:• Established cell-based procedures for high-throughput screening

7-month internship at the Institut Pasteur - Bacteria-Cell Interactions Unit, coordinated by Prof. Dr Pascale Cossart. During this experience, I evaluated the biological function of m6A RNA modification in bacterial infections using the pathogenic bacterium Listeria monocytogenes as an infection model system. For this purpose, I performed in vitro and in vivo experiments.My key accomplishments below: • Acquired (co)-authored publications.• Acquired independence in laboratory work, showcasing the ability to plan and execute projects autonomously.• Gained proficiency in analyzing and delivering data during meetings and presentations.
