-Providing dual-language and first-level customer support for multiple accounts (AkzoNobel and Shell account).-Using relevant tools and systems to resolve customer’s issues.-Resetting password and unlocking accounts for Domains, Intranet websites, Sap, Privilege accounts, Safeguard.-Support customer by using several different remote connection tools.-Accurately document contacts through different ticket logging systems.-Guiding users through self-service environments and updating them on processes (making requests, deadlines)-Providing support and guidance to colleagues in order to resolve cases on a first contact basis.-Deliver support for up to 30+ different applications such as: -Active Directory, MS office, MS Windows XP, 7, 10, Web browsers (Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, IE Edge, Google Chrome),Pulse Secure ,Sap Applications, Citrix, Network connection(Lan, Wi-Fi, (VPN), Intune and One Drive.Extra duties:-Being a backup ILC- incident lifecycle coordinator -Maintaining existing tickets in a timely & coordinated manner-In charge of delegating & handling for tickets from several language desks.
