Assistance to companies in relation to highly complex and structured merger integration planning processes. Assistance to clients in developing and running tailored compliance programs covering EU and Italian competition law as well as anti-bribery aspects.

Secondment - Providing legal advice to Japanese multinational companies on a broad range of EU competition law aspects, with a focus on merger control aspects of cross-border acquisitions, including notifications to the EU Commission and coordination of multi-jurisdictional filings.

Providing legal advice to companies in relation to European Law, EU and Italian competition law. Assistance to clients on non- contentious matters, including antitrust issues (e.g., abuses of dominant position, cartel investigations, Italian merger clearance of transactions). Legal researches and studies on several legal complex topics. Assistance to clients on consumer protection law. Assistance on antidumping matters (in particular, assistance during the preliminary phase of the anti- dumping investigation concerning imports of ceramic tiles originating in China).
