Support the Global Marketing Sports Medicine & Extremities Management, in order to globally increase competitiveness, market share and profitability of the brand itself.Main responsibilities:- Collaborate with R&D to define the product ranges and device features, concepts as well as initial set configurations, surgical techniques, launch forecasts etc. - Collaborate with Marketing Communication & Graphics to define, create and deliver product promotional materials for product launches and maintenance of the product life cycles and materials for training and education- Introduce products in the market coordinating activities with sales management, the sales organization and local marketing organization- Prepare and execute launch plans for new product introductions or product transitions- Manage operational execution and monitoring of results for product launch, connecting with the country marketing teams daily, motivating countries towards operational excellence in product launch- Coordinate with Regulatory, Quality and R&D department’s product availability timings, competitor information for global registrations and for scheduling of market launches

Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities related to Tecres Line in Italy.Main Responsibilities:- Working independently to achieve agreed business targets by maintaining existing business and developing new business opportunities.- Develop and maintain strong relations with key clinical decision makers and present a professional image of the company- Acquire and maintain a high level of knowledge and skills required for supporting Sales team in promoting existing and new products so the optimum impact on sales performance is achieved.- Responsible for Customer care for physicians, surgical/theatre staff and hospital administration with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented consultation- Responsible for the technical support for tender preparation and submissions in the assigned area- Responsible for Promotions, presentations, trainings, surgical/theatre participation, view surgeries and workshops- Coordination of the distribution and logistics of the product for identified customer needs- Support Sales team in managing the O.R. consignment consistently collaborating in the razionalization of it- Responsible for a monthly Sales detailed analysis and development/execution of strategies and action plans to help the sales team and drive product sales- Maintain excellent clinical knowledge of various surgical procedures and adapt to changing protocols.- Weekly and Monthly reports on activities done , evolution of the sales , provide relevant information from the marketplace. Interface between the external end users/suppliers and internal staff- Develop sales tools and collateral- Stimulate Sales Force through monthly update on products/papers/competition etc

Supporting role in the Sales/Marketing activities of the Acute Care Modality.Main Activities:- Support in market analysis making- Gain experience with the Sales Force activities, in order to help them giving technical descriptions of products- Gain Knowledge in commercial operations, finance/pricing analysts- Support in developing PowerPoint presentations and other graphic presentations to communicate progress, share best practices, or to provide updates- Support in defining communication instruments with customer (brochures, congress, and workshop)

Development of MSc thesis project in collaboration with the Brunel Institute for Bioengineering group, in London. The project involved the computational fluid dynamic (CFD) modeling of an Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump, a temporary cardiac assist device.
