A very passionate, hard-working individual with very strong customer service and organizational skills. Not only are my leadership skills being strengthened, but they are also growing as I transition from one retail grocery chain to my current position. My communication and organization skills are evident through my work experience, academic endeavors, and volunteer opportunities all while working towards learning and gaining as much experience in both the workplace and school community. I have extensive experience in customer experience, understanding how to manage different types of customers and team members. As I am currently finishing my studies at Centennial College, working my way to obtain an Ontario certificate in General Office Administration. As I have always been passionate about the beauty industry, along with business, my main goal is to combine the two industries and work in a salon or medical salon setting where I can utilize my skills all while being able to help and interact with customers.
