- Support and facilitate the cross functional alignment between the Technology and Business units, providing a checkpoint for feasibility of business, financial and strategic requirements.- Create the Long Range Plan of 5 years for the Technology unit, setting the vision and road-map to prioritize the investments and evolution of the company.As a Technology Demand Manager I focus on multiple domains:- HFC&Access, within Fixed network: domain responsible for Hybrid Fiber Coax network and related Access from an architectural and engineering perspective, working on the topology, equipment and evolution of the Fixed network environment.- Cloud & Common Infrastructure, within Mobile network: domain responsible for the Cloud transformation and the architecture of the Common Infrastructure that enables and innovate the various applications and services (IaaS, PaaS, CaaS) of the Mobile network environment.- OSS Assurance & Tooling, within Mobile network: domain responsible for the operations support systems and the tools landscape, with focus on performance, fault and element management.- Technology Operations: domain responsible for the processes and monitoring tools and services, in order to prevent, detect and solve network issues.As side activities I follow:- Technology Stability Program: responsible for the cross departmental program that aims to increase the stability of the Fixed and Mobile network, in order to reduce, prevent and solve network incidents.- Technology Business Review: responsible for collecting and consolidating the updates, KPIs and challenges of the Technology unit.- Technology Culture Crew lead: responsible for the investigation of the status and atmosphere within the working environment, gathering quarterly feedback, setting priorities and defining culture plans and programs to tackle potential challenges.

One year program of cross-functional rotation roles:Project 1) Technology - Fixed Network, Service Platforms E2E Solutions: Design and management of a pilot to proactively swap legacy modems, analyzing pros and cons of it and aligning with various departments and stakeholders.Project 2) Technology - Fixed Network, Program & Project Management: Design and development of the new way of working and deploying for the Fixed network department, optimizing the existing processes and creating new ones where missing.Project 3) COPS - Customer Experience & Processes, Customer Experience Management: Design and activation of the customer centric program within VZ, hosting workshops and developing e-learning and internal communication campaigns.Project 4) Technology - Technology Planning & Demand Management + Mobile Network: Design and roll out of a cost efficient selection process to evaluate and prioritize Large Public Indoor locations and Tunnel throughout the country, both from a technical and strategic perspective.
