I offer support to organisations and professionals working in the international development sector in conducting base lines, mid-term-reviews and evaluations, designing fit-for-purpose M&E frameworks, and offering learning sessions on M&E. I am an enthusiastic team player, eager to work with and learn from my colleagues, the clients and the other stakeholders who participate in the evaluations. I strongly believe that evaluations can be powerful processes to celebrate achievements, capitalize learning and identify areas for improvements for future interventions. In the recent years, I participated in the evaluation of multi-country initiatives of UN agencies, including UNFPA, UNICEF, and UN Women. I have over 14 years of experience working in international development mainly with NGOs in the areas of livelihoods, gender equality and women empowerment. I have lived and worked in Uganda, Kenya, Ecuador and Montenegro, and remotely managed a multi-country programme in DR Congo, Malawi and Rwanda. I speak Italian, English and French.
