My role is to plan, oversee and document all aspects of the projects. I have a full project life cycle ownership, successful project delivery, full implementation from discovery to production.• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs.• Setting up and running all core scrum ceremonies.• Leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet the project goals, and project milestones.• Reporting on project success criteria results, metrics, test, and deployment management activities.• Working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.• Managing the budget and project burndown across multiple streams and reporting on this to stakeholders in an agile environment.• Dependencies and perform risk management to minimise project risks.• Support the customer in planning, organising, and coordinating the User Acceptance Testing (UAT).• Coordinate, deliver and carry out post-implementation support and review.

As a Business Analyst, I worked with Product Owners to gather and document business requirements. In this role, I was the bridge between the customer and the development team. • Gathering, assessing, and cataloguing business requirements. • Preparation of detailed Functional Specifications Requirements (FSR).• Screen design and screen mock-up via Photoshop software.• Organizing and running meetings and demonstrations.

During University study, I worked with a very passionate team in the launch of this Youth Charity.
