- Supporting Franchisee partner during their buying session and revising their order selection.- Collecting custumer's feedbacks during Sales Campaing and working closely with the Production office in order to assure the right product mix. - Collecting market trends and final consumers' buying attitudes within our Partner. - Training staff of Franchisee stores on new Collections and developing the necessary training materials.- Regularly reviewing performance indicators, KPI and Sale Throught and managing plans for stock levels to ensure the products are delivered on time

• Assisting the store manager with KPI’s and weekly reports.• Reporting to the Buyer team and assisting them with the latest store needs. • Ensuring the implementation and development of CRM initiatives to develop a clientele network for the store.• Resolving all customer issues and ensure to provide outstanding customer services.• Managing the commercial and inventory values.• Working with the Visual Merchandising to maintain the standards according to the company image.• Providing an excellent Customer Service, in one the most successful and prestigious Department Mall. • Improving negotiation skills and Men’s personal Luxury Knowledge, specialist training in knowledge in Shoes and Ready to wear.

• Playing an active role in order to provide a positive customer experience.• Supporting the team and manager to reach and increase profit target. • Demonstrating ability to up sell products, consistently meeting KPI’s set for adding more value to sales. • Contributing to manage the visual display of the products.• Operation of computerized till system and cash handling responsibilities
