A senior independent environmental and social advisor to the financial sector, previously Executive Director and committee member with deep knowledge of sustainable finance. Expert in climate, nature, community and human rights risks and opportunities across different industrial sectors, with a focus on energy and its value chain. Offers strategic and operational experience in environmental and social policies, integration and risk management for financial institutions. Unique knowledge of how ESG applies to different financial products and according to different international standards and regulations, including EU SFDR, TCFD/TNDF/ISBB, Green/Social Bond Principles, Equator Principles, IFC PS, OECD MNE, UNGP and other industry standards. She is well recognised for her constructive contribution in multi-stakeholder forum and boards and now wishing to extend into Non-Executive roles. She is currently a Board member at Solar Energy UK, a member of the Bolton Group Sustainability Advisory Board and she has been a Non-Executive Director at NextEnergy Foundation since 2016. Whilst at J.P. Morgan she acted as a member of the Advisory Group to the OECD Responsible Business Conduct and she was on the Steering Committee of the Cross-Sector Biodiversity Initiative.
