SRP is a platform of young scholars focused on the application of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in China and elsewhere around the world. As the Overseas Director, I:- Organized and managed the work of the Overseas Department, while also holding weekly meetings with team members of various departments.- Created and edited original social media content and planned a monthly social media strategy, which increased the following of both Facebook and Instagram by +500.- Responsible for Social Media Management.- Managed key parallel projects such as interviews and roundtables on crucial topics such as the transnationality of the Black Lives Matter movement and the migrant crisis in Europe.

- Published 5 original articles on the SRP blog on themes linked to social issues, development, and social inclusion practices between China and Europe.

- Research focus: urban policy, land policy, social development- Appointed teaching assistant for two academic courses, 4 credits each: Chinese Politics and Public Policy and Innovation and Strategy for Economic Development- Taught an elective tutoring course, supplementary to Chinese Politics and Public Policy; tutored 25-30 college graduate students each class- Introduced 30 minutes of teaching and 30 minutes of debate each class- Assessed performance using oral assignments (each class) and 2 written assignments- Supported the class teacher with long-term and mid-term planning, providing original presentations, reports, and feedbacks

AIESEC is the world's largest student no-profit organization, and OGX (Outgoing Exchange) is one of its core operation wings.
