The UNESCO & Women@Dior: Women Leadership & Sustainability’ program  unites a sisterhood of 2.000+ young talented women from over 58+ countries worldwide joining forces to empower themselves, one another, and create a more sustainable world and future, for all.The program provides mentees access to a one-year Mentorship by a Dior Talent, the access to 25+ exclusives courses on various topics such as self-awareness, autonomy, inclusion, creativity and sustainable development ; invitations to inspiring interviews with women leaders, friends of the House, the LVMH Group and UNESCO ; the possibility to put into action their learnings with the ‘Dream for Change’ project, as well as to participate in a dedicated Global Conference.

GRLA is a student run association that focuses on educating students about the retail & luxury industries and organizing events with prominent figures in the luxury and retail industries; past speakers last year included the CEO of Tiffany, the CEO of Lamborghini for North America, and the CEO of Estee Lauder.
