I'm Giulia Rodriguez, I am a hardworking, highly motivated, and determined individual. I am pursuing a degree in Business Administration which has provided a comprehensive understanding of management principles, business-oriented technology, and interpersonal skills. I have received my Business Entrepreneurship and Business Specialist Technical Certifications. I am also a Realtor and business owner serving my local marketplace, Northeast Florida. Some of my day to day duties include, gathering clients information concerning their desired features in a home, financial ability, home types and neighborhoods of interest, assist clients as they explore their financial options, research available listings that align with the clients’ criteria and scheduling showing times to give clients tours of available properties, develop marketing plans for clients designed to attract and address the needs of buyers, identify properties for sale through the multiple listing service and present them to clients, oversee negotiations between clients’, buyers or sellers and much more. Due to my extensive and diverse background I possess skills such us strong communication skills, critical thinking, problem solving and leadership ability.
