- Analysis and review of corporate Quality System documents to ensurecompliance with ISO 13485 and other international regulations- Elaboration of root causes analysis of non-conformities, preventive andcorrective actions- Processing of Quality data to achieve company KPIs- Preparation and execution of internal audits as Lead Auditor- Management of trainings for personnel on Quality Management System- Support in maintenance and renewal of company certifications- Support in complaint handling- GMP Pharma and Pharmacovigilance documentation management(SOPs, Instructions, Changes, Deviations, Product Quality Review, QualityAgreements, Technical specifications, ADR)

- Responsible of the non-conformities and complaints process: process optimization through analysis of non-conformities, data processing, periodic reports, waste management, cost monitoring- Collaboration with other departments for the resolution of non-conformities and root cause analysis- Definition and elaboration of company KPIs- Management of quality control personnel- Management of the supplier evaluation process- Updating of the company's Quality System documents according to ISO 9001

- Quality Control Manager: documentation management, acceptance of raw materials, control of the finished product, management of non-conformities- Production planning- Management of production personnel- Purchase orders for procurement of materials in compliance with inventory- Management of training in Italy and abroad. Business trips to clinics and distributors- Participation in international fairs for the promotion of company products.- Management of shipments intra and extra CEE

Administration and back office.Insertion of customer / supplier master data, item master, purchase orders.Alignment of data between the old (Stamet software) and the new management software (ESA software). Price list management and updating through Microsoft Office FrontPage and GlobalSCAPE CuteFTP programs.Website management and updating through the Gest Lab program.
