I am currently employed as Program Manager in Zanasi & Partners (Z&P), where I am responsible for the overall planning and control of several projects. I also provide research and advisory services in the security and defence fields at European level.I have previously been project manager in several EC-funded projects within the H2020, Horizon Europe, EDIDP and PADR programmes where I strengthened my professional skills:- Methodological approach to business intelligence from requirements gathering to deployment of final solution to the client;- Operative research and data science with special focus on data mining, text mining, text analytics, trend detection, and Artificial Intelligence applied to language processing;- Artificial Intelligence policing in the EU (i.e. Artificial Intelligence Act);- Open-source Intelligence and Intellgence Ethics;- Planning, preparation and delivery of full project proposals, including consortium building and budgeting, especially towards EU-funded programmes;- Value chain analysis and detection of criticalities;- Risk assessment;- Data management, preparation of Data Management Plans;- Data protection (GDPR), ethics and gender balance.In Z&P I also enhanced my team-leading skills with my multi-modal and multi-domain working team.

Scholarship at the Department of Physics and Astronomy of the University of Bologna Alma Mater Studiorum (IT). The research focused on the following topics:• Study of the stochastic dynamic of rigid bodies;• Development of filtering techniques and data analysis for MEMS sensors mountd on cars;• Development of methodologies for the improvement of the signal obtained from MEMS and GPS sensors for automotive applications;• Study on the bicycle paths in the urban system of the city of Bologna.

Scholarship at the Department of Physics and Astronomy of the University of Bologna Alma Mater Studiorum (IT). The research focused on the following topics:• nitride-based bi-dimensional quantum confined LED devices, in collaboration with the Cambridge Center for Gallium Nitride of the University of Cambrige (UK);• silicon MaWCE nanowires, in collaboration with the Leibniz Institute of Photonic Technology (Germany);• Cadmium-telluride detectors for X and Gamma rays, in collaboration with the Université Joseph Fourier (Grenoble I).I carried out several laboratory activities:• electro-optical characterisation (electrometers, oscilloscops, capacimetrs, monocromators, photodetectors, instruments for the deep level transient spectroscopy;• optical and electronic microscopy (AFM e SEM);• data analysis (Origin);• criogenics and high-vacuum.I attended the international conference “International workshop on nitride semiconductors” in Wroclaw (Poland) where I presented the poster “Dislocation-related trap levels in nitride-based GaN LEDs”.I also carried out teaching activities and exams for the students of the course of “Structure of Matter” at the third year of the bachelor degree in Physics.

Between March 2016 and February 2017, as part of my PhD scholarship, I carried out research activities for UnipolSai Assicurazioni e Alfaevolution Technology within the field of data mining and of data science in general:• development of a software for the analysis of black boxes mounted on cars;• research on the correlation between dynamic parameters and personal injury in crash events.
