Front Office internship experience in one of the biggest 5 stars luxury resorts in Europe. I have had the chance to develop good team working skills and problem-solving competences by being involved in managing and organizational activities for clients.

Part time job during the summer and weekends. I have had the chance to develop social and communication skills by dealing with clients ensuring that the service was as expected. I have learnt how to face stress and high work load by managing difficult situations. Furthermore, I experienced the world of F&B and its functioning.

As a 19 year old I moved to the USA with a view of personal and professional growth in mind. I was put in a position of responsability right away and later I grew in my role and was the Ambassador of ‘Cultural Care-Au pair’ with a supervisory role. During my time in the U.S. I contributed to promote cultural events through social media and made a contribution to Italy-US cultural relationship.
