I’m the After Sales Manager of Vulkan Italia, the Italian subsidiary of the Vulkan Group. We are experts in Drivetrain, Vibrations, Acoustics for Marine and Industrial applications. In this role I oversee a team of four sales professionals and service engineers doing our best to meet customers’ expectations of high quality goods and service. I enjoy being part of such a successful company, which has given me the opportunity to face new challenges every time, learn new things and improve my business skills.My job is exciting, it requires strong problem solving, collaboration, team work skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, performing under stress and high responsibilities.During my studies I’ve regularly performed in symphonic and wind orchestras, and I’ve been playing football since I was able to stand, those experiences taught me how to be part of a group of people working to achieve a common goal. The understanding of each individual’s role is the key of every success.My previous 10-year experience in Purchasing and Logistics helped me to understand better the flow of materials and information to serve the end-customer, and feel customers’ perspective. I’m always interested in experiencing new things, travelling to new places, meeting people with different life experiences, and learning something new.
