In 2001 in Milan, Giulio Gallazzi founded his own advisory Group, offering business development and management strategies, corporate financial advisory and investor relations services with a special emphasis on social and environment responsibility. Today this venture has become the SRI Group, a UK-based holding company with operational offices in London, Brussels, Milan, Rome and several J. V. collaborations in 15 other countries worldwide. In 2012 the Group started his own direct Private Equity Proprietary investments activity with major focus on New Tech Business Transformation opportunities.In 2010, Giulio Gallazzi and the SRI Group received the prestigious Business Internationalisation Award from UKTI (British Government). In 2013 he received the “Panda d’Oro Award” in Shanghai by the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) with the patronage of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and the Chinese Government.Member of the board at MFE NV(Media For Europe), mass multimedia company which is the largest commercial broadcaster in Italy and among the leaders in Europe. Board Member at Danieli & C., global leader in plant making and steel making industry. Board Member at TIM Group, leading ICT group in Italy and Brazil, placing itself at the forefront of digital technologies. He has also served as a member of the Board at Gruppo Banca Carige (2016-2018) one of the largest banks in Italy. He held the position of Chairman of the Bank, involved in a challanging turnaround, during his mandate in 2018. Has served as Board Member at ASTM S.p.A, leading holding operating in the sectors of motorway management and large infrastructure engineering.He was a member of the B.o.D. at Ansaldo STS (2014-2016), a global leader in transportation signalling business.He used to be a keen American Football player, winning both the Italian (1986) and European (1987) championships and captaining the Italian team. Voted European MVP in 1988.
