As a CTO I'm helping teams and people to simplify the base code behind the digital services thanks to Mia-Platform solution.Mia-Platform is a technology that helps to accelerate the development of Digital Platforms and is composed by:- a suite of components ready to use;- a method to design, implement, deploy and measure the value generated by the digital service based on the platform.The Suite behind Mia-Platform can be used in several different industries: food delivery, transports, machines, assurance, telco e more. The platform is extensible, customizable and can be deployed on cloud and on premise. Both Mia developers and 3rd party developers can work on the platform keeping focus on the business and less on the trivial and repetitive tasks.Unlike frameworks and off-the-shelf products, Mia Platform Suite is a microservice lifecycle manager on top of k8s with a very little core and a plenty of extensions. You don't have to adopt all extensions to use the platform but just what you need, and if you don't find what you need just code it and deploy!We are working hard to keep it always simple!!! :-)

Technical Project Manager for designing and implementating the new user interface for all product lines of Mikron Maching Tecnologies. The software is used for monitoring and controlling, via web, the status of the machine. It has been implemented in .NET 3.5, JavaScript and SVG. The project is now completed and the machines are working into the clients firms with the software aboard.

During my school and university years, I was a competitive rower with a daily commitment to training, which increased to twice daily during the summer. I trained both on land and in the boat on the beautiful waters of Lake Orta. Living on the island of San Giulio, I was fortunate to be able to dedicate myself to studying and rowing for over 10 years, achieving some personal satisfaction at the national level.The milestones I reached were:1988 - 3rd place - Rowing 1X - National Youth Games1990 - 1st place - Italian Rowing Champion 4X - Ragazzi (Boys)1991 - 1st place - Italian Rowing Champion 4X - Juniores (Juniors)1994 - 3rd place - Italian Rowing Championships 2X - Lightweight1997 - 1st place - Italian Rowing Champion 4X Societari (Clubs) and 2nd place global - LightweightIn addition to 12 first places in regional championships and several podiums in national competitions. Unfortunately I was force to stop my training for 2 years, 1992 and 1995, because I broke my shoulder.Even though times are not easy to compare in rowing, I can say that I covered the 2000m quite fast with different boats:1x - 2000m - 7'30"2x - 2000m - 6'32"4x - 2000m - 6'09"It was a very formative experience that helped me face the world of work with method, focus, and a lot of energy!
