Maintaining and developing the historic and contemporary plant collections in line with St. Modwen Properties PLC policies. Curating both planting projects and daily practical maintenance.Key responsibilities include:• Horticultural care of the Eastern Pleasure Ground, Show Gardens, Potager, Hide and Speak Maze, grassed areas of the Western Pleasure Ground.• Instructing assistant gardeners, horticultural students and volunteer workforce.• Maintaining and developing The Rivers of Grass and The Floral Labyrinth in accordance with the original layout by Piet Oudolf.
