During this period i have worked as a Technical Project Manager within the project with Etisalat customer.I was in charge with executing the First Off for GSM technology with Etisalat customer covering the following activities:- Test Plan design for GSM products customized for Etisalat customer in a given timeframe- Coordination of two teams in two different laboratories- Overseeing the progress and the quality of the testing and offering technical support for unblocking critical issues- Task allocation for the 2 teams and assuring the proper conditions for test environment and cooperation of the client- Daily and weekly status reporting- Solving logistical issues for my team members (lab access, equipment readiness)- Overseeing the progress for bug investigation, corrections implementation and availability- Offering support for Client Acceptance testing- Planning the upgrade for live network and making sure that the implementation is done according to the planning- Mentoring team members- Working on customer premises and coordinating with all stakeholders

During this period I have worked as a Technical Introduction and Support Engineer in a project for Vodafone QatarExecuting the First Off on GSM technology on client network and laboratory covering the following activities: - Test plan development, execution, fault reporting and correction implementation- Laboratory installation and management - Comercial network upgrade and monitoring- Validation and integration of GSM products in customer network- Acting as an interface between Alcatel-Lucent and the client- Working on Vodafone site in Doha, Qatar- Interaction with people with various working backgrounds

During this period with Alcatel-Lucent I have worked on GSM 2G technology as a system test engineer peforming the following:- Creation, Execution, Investigation and Bug Reporting on automatic tests using Easy Test platform- Create the high level test strategy, feature test case list and test forecast- Validation preparation; platform installation, complete enviroment setup and configurationfor E2E testing- New feature E2E testing and validation- Manual test case creation, review and execution. - Bug reporting and tracking using bug tracking tool- Involved in different projects following Waterfall and Agile methodology- Experience in Linux, IP, Solaris, Unix, GSM Technology
