Within the Customer Support & Services SALES area, I’m involved in all aspects of the Commercial proposal process relevant to Integrated Logistic Support Contracts for Trainer Aircrafts (e.g. M-346, MB-339 and SF260) and Airlifter Aircrafts (e.g. C27J and C130). In my present position I coordinate a Proposal Team and I’m responsible for:• Build and promote strong, long-lasting Customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.• Review and analysis of Requests for Proposals and Quotations taking into consideration Customer’s expectations, as well as the budget and deadline determining whether or not to accept a proposal. In case of necessity any questions or concerns are raised with the Customer before beginning the proposal process.• Development of the proposal plan that documents all phases of the proposal, as well as Customer’s requirements and deadlines. Depending on the stages that the proposal goes through certain tasks will be delegated to the proposal team members, contractors, or consultants.• Supervision of the proposal process in order to assure that the progress is being made effectively and in accordance with the Customer’s requirements. • Proposal issue in line with Customer expectations.• Discussion with the Customer for commercial proposal, negotiation and contract finalization and signature.

Within the Customer Support & Services area, in particular with reference to those special equipments (AGE – Aircraft Ground Equipment) used to perform maintenance operations and logistic support on Combat Aircraft (e.g. Eurofighter Typhoon) and Trainer Aircraft (e.g. M-346), I was responsible for: • Coordination of a team (6-8 people) that manage the overall AGE development process, starting from Customer requirement analysis till In-Service Support after AGE delivery to the Customer;• Definition of budget, target and deliverables for each AGE development project, incooperation with Senior Management;• Management, coordination and project control in order to guarantee the alignmentbetween contract stipulations and results; periodical checks on the activities progress;• Identification of potential problems during each AGE development project and coordinationof appropriate recovery plans;• Frequent communication of AGE project status with team members and as well as Seniorbusiness stakeholders.

• Company official representative, for all aspects relevant to AGE Management and Engineering development process, at the International Consortium Forum (Eurofighter) and at NETMA that is the prime Customer and management body for the four-nation Eurofighter Typhoon Weapon System programme;• Manage relations with Customers (National and International Military Organization), Partners, Suppliers, Internal departments.

• Analysis of logistic and maintenance requirements to define suitable non-standard tools AGE (Aircraft Ground Equipment), allowing maintenance activities on Military Aircrafts (Eurofighter Programme).• Technical overview during AGE development and production phases until AGE delivery to the Customer after compatibility test.
