I take care of all administrative activities about accounting as expenses monthly Fcst and supplier’s payments following our cash position; imputing figures, checking of monthly balance sheet, the VAT calculation. I’m responsible for Intra-CEE monthly declaration, Financial report package to the Mother Company, the reconciliation of intercompany balances with all sisters company in Italy and worldwide. I’m involved in Withholding tax certification, and monthly payment of W.T. for all our Third Parts. I cooperate with the F&A Mngr about the annual declaration as VAT Declaration. A good usage of English let me be the administrative interface at Group level for Italy. I look after our French Internal Audit as well as Italian one (KPMG), and our Advisor Board and providing him with all clarifications and info about our accounting. I’m responsible for the bank account reconciliation (we have got 12 bank accounts) and I take care about the relationships with the Italian banks, like for example temporary loans and credit lines.I’m involved in the preparation of the Annual Balance Sheet following the International Accounting Principle (IAS), as well as the quarterly Financial Report to the French H.Q. following the French GAAP.Good knowledge of Oracle Finance, Business Object, Window, Excel e Word, Acces and. IBM AS400During the period Nov-04-Feb-05 I was the responsible for a Due Diligence in the Company Schneider Electric (Stezzano –Bergamo) because Capgemini bought the IT part of that Company. We are actually managing an Permanent Establishment in Greece in order to better follow the Greece Tax regulation.
