I have had the opportunity to understand the company dynamics and the meaning of responsibility. The challenge for me was to interact with customers. However, at this point I can say that this allowed me to improve my communication skills. Another important thing I could certify was that I learned how to manage the priorities without putting aside all the rest and managing to motivate employees at the same time.
