I have been involved in the opening of 2 branches and in the training of 40 waiters and 4 restaurant managers. Under my direction and my efforts as Event and F&B Training Manager we have won the awards as: "What's On Magazine Awards" in 2013, 2014, 2015, "Retail Me Awards" in 2013, 2015, and "Caterer, Top 20 New Restaurant" in 2014

I have dealt with the opening of 12 branches with the name of PIZZARO. Personally I have been involved in the training of 220 waiters and 40 restaurant managers and caring of company promotional events.My commitments:Identifying training and development needs within the Company.Designing and developing training and development program based on both the organization’s and the individual’s needs.Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment.Helping line managers and trainers to solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.Checking competency of each employee as requirements and identify development plan for each employee.Develop testing and evaluation procedures.

I have been working under the ownership of Anna Hansen, well known in London as ""the ambassadoress of New Zealand cooking" as reported by Fergus Henderson (founder "St John restaurant", London).G.M.Candi Giacchetti and A.G.M Antonello Bux were my direct supervisors.Both of them gave me the opportunity to enhance and refine my knowledge of the methods and stratgegy of restaurants management and the knowledge of London Restaurant Industry.

Few hundreds meters far from the Olympic Stadium we were the reference pub for all visitors during the Olympics Games 2012 together with few more as Foreman’s, Crate Brewery, The Counter, Fringe.Designing and and following the Fit Up of the Restaurants.My commitments:Creating, Designing, Planning, Delivering and Managing the policy and logistics of F&B service.P&L , Recruitements , Trainings , Procurements. Organizing a variety of events, including conferences, networking events and ceremonies.

Designing, planning, delivering and manage the logistics of a variety of events, to include conferences, networking events and ceremonies.Project managing events to corporate standards within a set budget - sourcing venues and suppliers, negotiating prices, carrying out risk assessments, organising invitations and managing guest lists, providing a high level of customer service, drawing up cost sheets and monitoring budgets, processing payments, managing the event on the day and post event analysis.Advising event commissioners and shape events so that they meet corporate objectives and maximise the opportunities offered by the eventResearching and recording a range of potential new suppliers and events resources to ensure value for money such as printers, AV and venues.
