Attività svolta a sostegno della Onlus APS E.Di.Ma.S. nata per promuovere in Italia e in Europa la formazione per gli esperti della “prevenzione" e della "gestione di crisi e emergenze”, professionialità intersettoriali indispensabili per affermare i principi della prevenzione nella moderna e complessa attività di pianificazione strategica integrata, connessa alla creazione di nuovi e funzionali modelli di governance locale e territoriale, per creare sviluppo in sicurezza dei territori. Grazie a questa attività sono state create le premesse per il progetto comunitario B-READI, che con il partenariato accademico di livello europeo, coordinato dall'Università degli Studi dell'Aquila, mira a certificare in ambito universitario i Prevention Manager e gli Emergency Manager europei.
