• Management of development of competences of different roles inside the commercial organization, identifying the needs and supporting the implementation of effective plans of training and education• Active involvement in the implementation of training and educational plans for strategic products, in partnership with key stakeholders of marketing and sales to maximize the impact of launches of new products on the local market• Development and management of on boarding training for new comers in collaboration with HR and sales&marketing• Management of specific resources dedicated to supply training and education

• Management and implementation in line with the key strategic marketing priorities, of training plans for the sales force for both business unit, Surgical and Wound Care• Management and implementation of external training material for meeting with customers• Management and support at local level of clinical activities with key opinion leaders driven by corporate clinical department• Management of specific resources dedicated to supply specific training and education related to surgical procedures

• Field support to sales team in selected projects in line with the strategic sales&marketing plans• Management and fulfillment in cooperation with Marketing Manager of marketing project directly on filed: pre-launch test area for new products with involvement of local KOL• Reporting and analysis of sales figures, pricing and contribution for local management team• Competitors analysis through the creation of a complete dbase with all technical details for the key focus and strategic products• Involvement in different corporate activities: o Market access analysis and development of sales force competences about Bioactive products (2008-2009) o Re-launch and re-branding for the whole Conventional dressing products (2010-2011)• Assignment as local training for all Wound Care products portfolio for the development of technical competences of sales team.

• Development of marketing plans focused on profitability and pricing for selected products groups like Advance-Antimicrobial and Bioactive• Plans and management in cooperation with the Marketing Manager of product’s launches• Reporting and analysis of sales figures, pricing and contribution for local management team• Support to Marketing Manager on preparation of company events with customer and congresses• Management and development of all product’s data sheet with technical details, lab data, instruction of use and contraindications

• Sales responsibility for the assigned area (East Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia); management and development of customers portfolio• Management of tender processes for public tender• Sales trend analysis and monitoring of key competitors activities in the assigned area• Product champion for a new and innovative bioactive treatment for hard to heal wound

• In coopertation with Account Manager, managing and development of technical demo about key product in accordance with local area strategies and priorities• Development of training program for customer to ensure the appropriate use of products

• Sales responsibility for the assigned area (East Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia); management and development of customers portfolio; management of public tender processes for Hospital and Local Health Care Unit• Management of OTC/Pharmacy channel and dedicated activities with wholesalers• Planning and development of training activities for professional health care givers (medical doctors and nurses) in selected wards/clinical area: urology and uroginecology
