Amitree was acquired by Inside Real Estate in February 2024. Currently I'm managing the post-acquisition integration of products and teams to ensure the success of the merger while moving from a small team to a 600-person organization.As VP of Products at Amitree, I have been instrumental in various key areas:- Key member of the leadership team, defining company strategy across the business, product, and team, engaged at all levels of the company and across all functions.- Process design and implementation to ensure efficient, reliable delivery of product, team execution, and strong culture (think OKRs, weekly meeting process, remote processes, etc.)- Ownership over product with the full breadth that entails knowing the market, developing the roadmap, overseeing execution, partnering with engineering.- Led the product vision and strategy for two SaaS platforms, utilized by over 60,000 professionals, designed to enhance work management through AI/LLM technologies.- Expanded the customer base in new markets using Product-led Growth (PLG) strategies while expanding the MRR of Amitree's flagship product.- Led a distributed product and design team of five and served as the interim Head of Engineering for six months, managing hiring, firing, resource allocation, goal setting, and performance monitoring.Amitree transforms the chaos of business email into an AI-powered virtual assistant.
