Presta” in Lecce, I had my first approaches to chemistry, physiology and biology. At the end of that path, I was selected among the best students of the institute to participate in the extracurricular courses of excellence in agro-industrial technologies, medicinal productions and quality control, resulting in being the only one to pass them. BODYBUILDING In the same years, I started a gym, where I began to experiment, put into practice and understand the mechanisms of weight loss and muscle mass increase, in short, the functioning of the human body from a nutritional point of view.NUTRITIONAL CONSULTANCYFollowing my passion, I chose the Faculty of Biological Sciences at the University of Salento. After the three-year degree, I obtained the Specialization with honours in Agri-food and Nutrition Sciences. During my university years, I studied every single physiological process that occurs in human beings, confirming my slimming methods and the fact that everybody is different; everyone needs its instruction booklet, which, once you have it, guarantees complete control of one's body. I have collaborated with essential physiotherapy centres, medical offices, beauty studios and gyms in the province of Lecce and Brindisi.
