- Manage the general accounting of multiple shopping centers within the Group, recording journal entries in the general ledger system- Ensure accurate and timely recording of invoices and manage payments to suppliers- Handle tax payments, including monthly VAT calculation and settlement- Perform period-end close procedures and account reconciliations to support the preparation of quarterly and statutory financial statements- Act as the primary point of contact with HQ for addressing SAP-related issues, opening and managing support tickets- Assist with external auditors’ requests by preparing and providing the required documentation
