As a Teaching Assistant, I guide second-year students of the Bachelor of International Business through learning basic issues in finance, such as risk diversification and asset pricing, capital structure, investment valuation, market efficiency, dividend policy, and the use of derivatives. (approximately 15 students per group). This is all according to the Problem Based Learning (PBL) system. I learned to explain complex structures and principles to students (with no experience), motivate students, and prioritise essential and less critical principles.
