Responsible for Flawless New Product launches, deploy Quality Strategic plans for continuous improvement of performance in manufacturing facilities and lead Fast Problem Solving. Lead APQP deliverable, Launch Issues Resolution teams, monitoring and driving Non-Quality cost reduction initiatives and support business metric targets achievement.Drive diverse team of quality leaders distributed in EMEAI operations and provide direction for Task forces resolutions.

Responsible for achieving Business Quality objectives by providing leadership and support to the EMEAI manufacturing operations in 7 Plants and relative quality leaders. Responsible to lead Customer Satisfaction Initiatives for all Passenger Vehicle and Truck manufacturer in Europe and India. In charge to achieve Quality Standard Requirements, Problem Solving and deploy Quality Strategy plans to continuously improve performance in manufacturing and New Product launches. Monitor the Non-Quality cost initiatives. and assure respect of targets.Lead APQP deliverables and Launch Issues Resolution activities and support the team to assure a Flawless launches for >100 new product per year, leading a quality leader team allocated for all European operations. Lead the Task forces for major quality issue resolutions

Responsible for Warranty Metrics for all the major OEM customers in EMEAI. (Volkswagen, Fiat, Ford, Audi, Renault, PSA, Nissan, Iveco, JLR, Honda, VM Motori, Volvo, … )Leading the Field Service team, of 15 peoples, located across Europe and India.Major tasks:•Agree Warranty cost sharing for Honeywell - Dispute / Agree Technical Factor and settlement •Manage Account Receivables and Customer reimbursement•Field analysis and Field Performance reporting.•Lead all Field issues / Escalations / Potential Recalls / Manage Campaigns•Achieve Warranty improvement targets for all major OEM Customers.•Manage Field Service Analysis Centers performances, deliverables and improvement plans by assuring: •Trainings and Global standardization processes •Analysis tooling and equipment’s and calibration.
