𝗟𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶 𝘀𝗶 𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗼 𝗶𝗻: • Sviluppo ETL: analisi delle fonti dati a disposizione del cliente e importarli attraverso l’uso di API, fogli di calcolo e Database per sviluppare, analizzare, gestire e manutenere un ETL efficiente e solido con l'obiettivo standardizzare e pulire i dati destinati alla visualizzazione; • Analisi e presentazione dati: realizzare servizi On Premise o On SaaS dedicati alla BI per i clienti di Infinity, destinati alla rappresentazione dei dati in dashboard dedicate alla visualizzazione dei dati (ad esempio: stato delle leads, trend di vendita, fatturato, ecc.); • Consulenza: assistere il cliente a fronte di una richiesta di personalizzazione di fogli e dashboard o di creazione di nuovi in base alle esigenze esposte da parte del cliente; • Formazione: assistere il cliente a fronte di una richiesta di formazione sui servizi offerti dalla BI con l'obiettivo di istruire gli agenti sull'utilizzo, personalizzazione e creazione di dashboard.
