- Manage gateways, external or internal to products, to enable connectivity between water heating and heating products- Implement interoperability based on API and / or local physical protocols (i.e. Zigbee, Matter, Modbus, Opentherm)- to allow the integration of Company’s products into external smart home ecosystem - Investigation of customer needs, definition of technical and usage requirements, and collaboration with all relevant functions (R&D, Quality, Supply)to successfully bring the expected products- Manage the existing product / service portfolio based on market trends, legislation, customer needs and competitors' activities-Work with national and regional marketing groups to raise awareness, develop local skills and create the necessary market material- Facilitating business partnerships - Monitor market trends and define market needs

My activities cover all aspects of Marketing, with a focus on new product development:-Market researchs and monitoring-Competitors Products Benchmarking-Intercepting Consumer Needs-Define Time to Market Strategy for new products-Define Product RoadMap according to the market situation -Business Development support (research of technical partners, innovative product proposal)-Define Marketing Mix Strategy-Support on brand development activities

In the User Experience Validation Department I have worked on UX Software Validation for each product line.The goal of this role was the acquisition of technical skills to be applied to the Marketing Role
