Passionate and Enthusiastic about Digital and Innovation, Since three years I’m playing the role of Local Division Digital Manager in ABB Process Automation Energy. I like my job and my company which allow me to define the Digital Strategy, plan Marketing activities, handle an execution team of 25 people, be responsible of the Budget but above all allow me to experiment. My Team is like a start up inside the company we have the freedom to develop new business, new digital application and test new feature and product in order to define new Value propositions for the Customers.My background is coming from different Market sectors like Telecommunication, than Automation (Manufacturing Execution System) and finally Power generation and in all of them I have gained something which drove me to the position where I am now.You can read about my experience in the details below, but what you will not find is that I like reading books written by leaders to get inspiration or Books that help to change the company Strategy or the way of working. They are not a bible for sure, but they are a source of inspiration and a storm of ideas to find new business model which is something I like a lot.   I'm responsible of a team of 25 people. The Digital Team in ABB has been created to better support Customers and their Digital Needs. We always start from Customers, so we have a pool of Subject Matter Expert that help the dedicated digital Sales Team in approaching Customer and find out a Digital Solution that fit their needs. We have a dedicated team to prepare Offers and to deliver Projects in Cyber Security, MES/ MOM, Advanced Process Control , Predictive Maintenance (APM), Process Performance and all others advance Applications in ABB PAEN Portfolio. Our Value proposition include also Remote Support Services based on 24/7 support from our Collaborative Operation Center.
