As Program Manager at Plug and Play, it is my goal to assist our local partner in the Calabria region in developing the open innovation services that will be provided within the "Harmonic Innovation Hub": a large innovation hub that will work to develop startups and innovation ecosystems not just in Italy or in South Italy, but throughout the entire Mediterranean region.As a young professional, born in Calabria and in love with his homeland, I couldn't ask for more. The challenge is enormous, but the motivation is even more.

Managing Engineering's innovation processes and tools. - 100+ managers and 300+ innovators from 20+ Business/Tech Units (Finance, AI, Blockchain, Retail, IoT, Energy…) were involved (see below). - Managing a network of 400+ startups and innovative SMEs. I participated in a research project funded by the European Investment Bank. During the project we analysed radical innovation in European large high tech companies working with top professors from Scuola Sup. Sant’Anna, KU Leuven and University of Groningen. The Italian team analysed STMicroelectronics and Comau.

Enactus is a global organization of students aimed at improving the world.- We founded the 1° Italian team and launched two startup projects on sustainability.- Winners of the 2017 Italian competition proposing an innovative food truck.
