As technician, I have supported the AMAT team by our customer STMicroelectronics regarding electronics cheap manufacturing as follows:- Attending daily meeting regarding activity on site.- Performing preventative and corrective maintenance and wet cleans on Producer and CVD 200 mm system with different sort of processes.- Checking process chamber reliability and quality before releasing chamber in production by measuring thickness, level of contamination’s and more.- Reporting maintenance activities to customers through their TPM software and manager.- Having a good demeanour about customer needs and expectations.- Team player and safety oriented.- Attention to procedures and guidelines.

- Training at the Headquarter in Germany for 4 months regarding the manufactured products by Awite in the field of gas analysis and automation.- Since December,I worked as "Customer Service Technician" for gas analyzer at the Biogas Plant, Sewage and Water Waste Treatment and more in Italy and abroad such as Czech Republic,Germany and Austria. Duty and Cycles of mine were:- Liason between italian customer and the Headquarter in Germany.- Panel wiring - Maintenance service on customer sites.- Infrared and electrochemical calibration sensor regarding Ch4,Co2,O2, H2 and H2S.- Telephone Service or remote control service. - Installation and commissioning of Gas Analyser.

- Starting up a new solar panel plant at Moncada Solar Fab.- Installing, assembling and leveling the equipments.- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance through the guidelines and procedure on a variety of complex machinery used for solar panels manufacturing like Aton PVD 5.7,AKT CVD, Abatement gás systems,Edwards pump system, lamination and cutting glass.- Analysis and Troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems- Reading and interpreting specifications and drawings.- Liaison between customer & Management.- Managing bom list and spare parts through Sap.- Safety oriented.- Proactive communication, Customer focus, Flexibility, Attention to procedures and guidelines, Collaboration.

- Panel wiring, construction and installation- Installing new electrical systems- Training on the job about Plc Siemens.

- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance of CNC machining- Performing daily operations on the CNC machine

- Starting up of Tunnel Boring Machine for the construction of train tunnel- Performing preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on shift
